Bringing Qigong to Your
Company
Many
companies now recognise the benefits of offering
their staff on-site activities like Qigong as part
of corporate wellness programmes, to help in
reducing stress, increasing vitality and improving
overall well-being. Qigong is an ideal activity to
introduce into your company, office or workplace,
as it requires no additional equipment or
clothing, and sessions can be conducted in any
meeting room where participants can sit and stand
with space around them. What’s more, Qigong is
extremely safe and it can be taught to and
practised by virtually anyone whatever their state
of health. A standard Qigong session lasts for one
hour and sessions can run before work starts in
the morning, during lunch breaks or after work
finishes at the end of the day. Alternatively, a
longer session could be arranged as a one-off
activity for your team, or how about a relaxing
Qigong warm up for your company's next staff
conference?
With over 40 years of
experience in teaching martial arts and 17 years
in teaching Qigong, and more recently Tai Chi, I
am also accustomed to working in the corporate
environment, having been a manager in an
internationally recognised research centre for
some 14 years. I am also a member of the Institute
of Leadership and I hold a Level 5 ILM
qualification, as well as the Award in Education
and Training.
If you would be
interested in bringing the benefits of Qigong into
your company, I am happy to have a preliminary
meeting with you to discuss the details and to run
a free introductory session. I can provide a full
CV, as well as references for my corporate
background and Qigong teaching, or please see my LinkedIn profile.
For more information about
introducing Qigong and/or Tai Chi into your
business, please email me or
phone me, Simon on 07880 501302.
