you're very welcome to come along at any time and

totally free with no commitment to continue, so you
can see what Qigong is all about and whether I'm the
right teacher for you.
The Qigong classes are held at the Methodist Church Hall, 10 Corvedale Road, Craven Arms, Shropshire SY7 9ND. There's a free car park behind the church hall - the Corvedale Road Car Park, accessed off the B4368. The hall is also only a seven-minute walk from Craven Arms Rail Station. Times are 10:00-11:00, every Wednesday. After your first, free class, you can book classes in advance in sets of eight to be taken within 12 weeks for only £50. I also need to ensure that you're aware of and will comply with the COVID-19 safety measures required for your own safety and that of other participants. Sorry, only those who have pre-booked will be able to enter the premises. ![]() Qigong, Qi Gong, Chi Kung and Chi Gung are all different ways of writing the same words. For an explanation, please check out the right hand panel on the Qigong links page. Qigong and Tai Chi are different - Qigong preceded Tai Chi by some 3,500 years and you could think of Qigong as being the essential internal work of Tai Chi, without which Tai Chi becomes an empty series of physical movements. Find out more about what's the same and what's different between Tai Chi and Qigong. Craven Arms is a social and cultural centre for the area, so I welcome people attending these Qigong classes from all the surrounding villages, such as Stokesay, Onibury, Bromfield, Aston on Clun, Clungunford, Wistanstow, Acton Scott, Leintwardine, Culmington, Diddlebury, Plowden and more.
